The Tiger Head Battery Group union organized a collective activity for 2025

In order to implement the business philosophy of "Towards New, Upward and Future" of Guangzhou Light Industry Group, enhance team cohesion and stimulate employee vitality, the trade union of Hutou Company organized and carried out the annual collective activity with the theme of "97 as the Sequence, Towards New Progress" on December 31, 2025. The event integrates outdoor hiking, team building and leisure communication, allowing employees to gain happiness and growth in getting close to nature, challenging themselves and achieving win-win cooperation. It vividly interprets the company's positive and continuous value pursuit.

Part1: White Water Fort

On the morning of the event, the participating employees gathered at the company's headquarters in Shayuan and took a unified bus to Zengcheng, Guangzhou. The first stop is the Baishuizhai Scenic Area, which is known as a "natural oxygen bar". Everyone walked up the health plank road, bravely climbing the "First Ladder in Southern China". Along the way, they were filled with laughter and joy, enjoying the cascading waterfalls and flowing springs, as well as the lush green mountains. They released their stress and enjoyed the leisure in the embrace of nature.

PART2: Camping Expansion

In the afternoon, the team moved to the camping and expansion site, and the fun expansion challenge event officially kicked off. Liao Jizhen, the chairman of the company, delivered the opening remarks first, affirming that all employees had withstood the pressure, made active contributions and achieved remarkable results in 2025.

He encouraged all departments including business, technology and functions to unite and strive in the New Year with "97 as the order", and to "move forward towards the new", injecting new impetus into the development of the enterprise. Subsequently, all the participants quickly immersed themselves in the atmosphere through light-hearted and fun warm-up massage exercises and ice-breaking games.

The five teams respectively displayed their team names and slogans: "Just Charge Ahead Team", "Innovative Core Super Power Team", "No Competition, No Name Change Team", "Super Power Tiger Team", and "Smooth Chain Pioneer Team". The atmosphere on the spot was lively and full of fighting spirit.

PART3: Fun Expansion Challenge

The fun expansion challenge competition consists of three events: "Dragon Crossing the River", "Rolling the Beads for Ten Thousand Miles" and "Tug-of-War Competition". All of them require close collaboration among team members and the combination of strategy and physical strength. In "Dragon Crossing the River", 20 players from each team sped through the "long dragon". "Rolling the Ball for Miles" tests the patience and teamwork of the 15 players in smoothly passing the ping-pong ball along the relay track.

After two rounds of intense competition, the top three teams in terms of points directly advanced to the tug-of-war advancement round, while the fourth and fifth place teams competed for the final advancement spots through a tense "resurrection PK match". The grand finale, the tug-of-war competition, pushed the on-site atmosphere to its peak. The contest of strength and skills, along with the cheering of the cheerleaders, vividly demonstrated the indomitable and never-give-up spirit of the Tiger Head people.

PART4: Successfully completed

After several rounds of fierce competition, the "Charge and You're Right Team" won the championship of this fun expansion challenge with their outstanding overall performance and stable performance at critical moments. The "Changlian Pioneer Team" won the second place, the "Super Power Tiger Team" claimed the third place, and the "Chuangxin Super Power Team" and the "No Competition, No Name Change Team" received the merit awards.

At the award ceremony, the company's chairman Liao Jizhen, the Party secretary, vice chairman and general manager Zhou Songyi, the deputy Party secretary, chairman of the trade union and chairman of the supervisory board Guo Jianfeng and other company leaders successively presented trophies and generous snack gift packs to each winning team, and took photos with the team members as a memento. The entire audience finally took a group photo with the resounding slogan "97 in sequence, Moving Forward towards the new", bringing the fun expansion challenge to a successful conclusion.

PART5: Roasting tea around a stove

Meanwhile, a large canopy was specially built for the staff beside the expansion competition field, and a "roasting tea by the fire" leisure area was set up. Everyone sat around the stove, sipping tea and chatting freely. Amidst the lingering aroma of tea and exquisite snacks, they relieved their fatigue and exchanged experiences, further deepening the friendship and tacit understanding among colleagues.

This event not only allowed the employees to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature after their busy work, but also honed their sense of collaboration and enhanced their sense of collective honor and belonging through challenging team competitions.
